Sobia Moghis, MD, is a dedicated family physician serving the Bellevue, Washington, community. Her deep commitment to her own marriage and family is at the core of the work she does for her patients in the local area. Each and every day, she strives to live by our mantra at Medical Arts Associates, P.S.: to be “competent, comprehensive, and caring.” This mantra is reflected in her strong relationships with patients and their families in addition to her pledge to always practice state-of-the-art evidenced-based medicine.

Dr. Moghis is happily accepting new patients at her Bellevue Family Medicine Practice, which has been delivering premium healthcare for several decades. She was educated at the Army Medical College in Pakistan, and completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Moghis is board-certified in Family Medicine. She is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Sobia Moghis, MD, is especially interested in Women’s Health, Preventative Medicine, Office Procedures, and Aesthetic Procedures, including Botox, Dermal Fillers and Laser ( medical and aesthetics ).

Natalya Kumar, NP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Practicing at Medical Arts Associates, Ms. Natalya Kumar serves the community of Bellevue, WA. Ms. Kumar is a skilled family nurse practitioner who manages a wide array of patient concerns, such as anxiety, ear pain, cough, arthritis, and depression.

Ms. Kumar attended Simmons College where she received her master’s degree in family nursing. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is bilingual in English and Russian. She enjoys sharing her love for a healthy living with her patients to inspire them to reach their health goals.

Ms. Kumar majorly focuses on preventive health care and treats patients in a structured manner, focusing not just on the ailment but also on the general well-being of the patient.

Shantal Postiglione, ARNP, DNP

Nurse Practitioner

Shantal is happily accepting new patients at Medical Arts Associates in Bellevue, WA. Shantal enjoys seeing patients all across the lifespan, with a focus on preventative medicine and health literacy. She strongly believes in establishing a trusted provider and patient partnership, building a stronger foundation in their journey to wellness. Shantal Postiglione received her Bachelor in Nursing from University of Hawaii. After 5 years of various nursing experience in the United States Army and 3 years as a civilian registered nurse, she obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in Family Medicine from University of Washington. She is an active member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

In her spare time, Shantal enjoys exploring the outdoors in the PNW with family and friends.

Jessica Lee, NP

Nurse Practitioner

Practicing at Medical Arts Associates, Ms. Jessica Lee serves the community of Bellevue, WA. Ms. Lee is a skilled family nurse practitioner who looks forward to taking care of your healthcare needs.

Ms. Lee attended University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s in Nursing; she then attended Concordia University where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing. She is a member of Washington State Nurses Association.

Ms. Lee has clinical experience in family medicine, general internal medicine, pediatric, and gynecology.

Melissa Spencer, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Spencer is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has worked in psychiatric care for over a decade. She is passionate about ending the stigma against mental illness that prevents people from getting the support they need. She is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of psychiatric conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. She works with individuals of all ages to determine an appropriate combination of both medications and psychotherapy. She is a fierce advocate of LGBTQ+ persons and of anyone else who needs support.

Geoffrey Godfrey, ARNP

Nurse Practitioner

Geoffrey Godfrey is a skilled board-certified Nurse Practitioner who is excited to accept new patients at Medical Arts Associates in Bellevue, WA. He has worked with individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorder, chronic pain, and associated stigmatized care for decades. He works daily to end the stigma attached to mental health and Substance Use Disorders, from modifying stigmatizing language to changing the way providers interact with their patients. Mr. Godfrey’s approach to bridging the gap of Chronic Pain and Substance Use Disorder diagnoses involves using a patient centered/patient controlled plan to incorporate his own creation of a 14 point Pain/SUD protocol that focuses on “Functional Pain Treatment”, rather than “Pain Management”.

Mr. Godfrey received his Nurse Practitioner education from University of Phoenix, and is a member of American Society of Addiction Medicine, as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He is bilingual in English and German. Mr. Godfrey is also a former Army medic and understands the complexities of trauma-driven illness.

Mr. Godfrey is passionate about helping his patients make changes to improve health; this includes giving them new vocabulary to describe their treatment and health goals.

Harrison Dellinger, ARNP, DNP

Nurse Practitioner

I am excited to serve the Bellevue community as a primary care provider at Medical Arts Associates. I am a firm believer in preventive care and improving healthcare access. My goal is to help patients navigate the complex healthcare system. Health is only one aspect of the greater person that is you. You should be treated with compassion. I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities.

I am a Washington State transplant from Los Angeles 10 years ago and have considered Seattle my home. I have my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University. Outside of work I enjoy reading, art, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
