Sobia Moghis, M.D.
Sobia Moghis, MD, is a dedicated family physician serving the Bellevue, Washington, community. Her deep commitment to her own marriage and family is at the core of the work she does for her patients in the local area. Each and every day, she strives to live by our mantra at Medical Arts Associates, P.S.: to be “competent, comprehensive, and caring.” This mantra is reflected in her strong relationships with patients and their families in addition to her pledge to always practice state-of-the-art evidenced-based medicine.
Dr. Moghis is happily accepting new patients at her Bellevue Family Medicine Practice, which has been delivering premium healthcare for several decades. She was educated at the Army Medical College in Pakistan, and completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Moghis is board-certified in Family Medicine. She is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Jessica Lee, NP
Practicing at Medical Arts Associates, Ms. Jessica Lee serves the community of Bellevue, WA. Ms. Lee is a skilled family nurse practitioner who looks forward to taking care of your healthcare needs.
Ms. Lee attended University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s in Nursing; she then attended Concordia University where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing. She is a member of Washington State Nurses Association.
Ms. Lee has clinical experience in family medicine, general internal medicine, pediatric, and gynecology.
Geoffrey Godfrey, ARNP
Geoffrey Godfrey is a skilled board-certified Nurse Practitioner who is excited to accept new patients at Medical Arts Associates in Bellevue, WA. He has worked with individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorder, chronic pain, and associated stigmatized care for decades. He works daily to end the stigma attached to mental health and Substance Use Disorders, from modifying stigmatizing language to changing the way providers interact with their patients. Mr. Godfrey’s approach to bridging the gap of Chronic Pain and Substance Use Disorder diagnoses involves using a patient centered/patient controlled plan to incorporate his own creation of a 14 point Pain/SUD protocol that focuses on “Functional Pain Treatment”, rather than “Pain Management”.
Mr. Godfrey received his Nurse Practitioner education from University of Phoenix, and is a member of American Society of Addiction Medicine, as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He is bilingual in English and German. Mr. Godfrey is also a former Army medic and understands the complexities of trauma-driven illness.
Mr. Godfrey is passionate about helping his patients make changes to improve health; this includes giving them new vocabulary to describe their treatment and health goals.
Harrison Dellinger, ARNP, DNP
I am excited to serve the Bellevue community as a primary care provider at Medical Arts Associates. I am a firm believer in preventive care and improving healthcare access. My goal is to help patients navigate the complex healthcare system. Health is only one aspect of the greater person that is you. You should be treated with compassion. I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ and Latinx communities.
I am a Washington State transplant from Los Angeles 10 years ago and have considered Seattle my home. I have my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle Pacific University. Outside of work I enjoy reading, art, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
Elizabeth (Liz) Bush has practiced psychiatric mental health nursing on the Big Island since 1999 and trains substance abuse counselors in her spare time.
She has also served as a mental health provider in the immediate vicinity of the September 11th tragedy and has worked with Combat Veterans, Native American tribes, and Pacific Islanders, as well as in East coast inner cities.
Ms. Bush holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is also board certified as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Certified Co-occurring Disorders Professional-Diplomate (CCDP-D, retired), and an Addictions RN in Advanced Practice (CARN-AP)Her areas of expertise include Addictions, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other Psychiatric and co-occurring disorders. Liz is an alumnus of University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania B.S.N. /M.S.N. with graduate specialization in Advanced Practice Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
Kaitlin Toner, PA-C
Board-Certified Physician Assistant
Kaitlin is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in family medicine. She offers comprehensive primary care to people of all ages, including a vast array of office procedures. Her education to become a physician assistant includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the College of Wooster in Ohio, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She strives to provide compassionate care to all of her patients and considers it a privilege to assist in their health care decisions to maintain their well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exercise, meditation and attending Seahawks and Husky games!
