Elizabeth (Liz) Bush is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, serving the Big Island community since 1999. She specializes in addiction treatment, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Liz has worked with diverse populations, including combat veterans, Native American tribes, Pacific Islanders, and survivors of the September 11th tragedy. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, she holds certifications as an Addictions Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). She also trains substance abuse counselors and provides compassionate, culturally sensitive mental health care.
