Karen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience in outpatient and hospital settings. She earned her Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Washington and has been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2013. Karen specializes in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. Her approach focuses on helping patients improve their quality of life, recognizing how even small mental health gains can create a ripple effect. She is passionate about guiding individuals through diagnosis, self-awareness, treatment, and long-term mental wellness. Outside of work, Karen enjoys the freedom of being an empty-nester and spending time outdoors.
